Our Mission

What is Ryan’s Project?

Sgt. Ryan’s Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Keller, Texas.

What do you do?

Ryan’s Project aims to fulfill Ryan’s vision by sponsoring the attendance for wounded North Texas Marines to the Marine Corps Ball in Dallas, Texas. We provide (as needed) transportation, tailoring of dress blues/tux, medals, spouse/date attire, the admission fee, etc.

Why the birthday ball?

The United States Marine Corps Birthday is celebrated every year on the 10th of November with a traditional ball and cake-cutting ceremony. The traditions of honor, courage and commitment are celebrated. The sponsored Marines will attend with fellow serviceman, reminding them their fellow Americans, both civilian and Marine Corps, support them.

Every Marine’s needs are different and at Ryan’s Project, we aim to assist with transportation, admission fee, accommodations and uniform alterations, as well as, any additional requirements for our sponsored Marines. In memory of Ryan Matthew Robinson, Ryan’s Project has coordinated the attendance of 15 Marines to 6 annual birthday ball events since its establishment in 2010.

If you are veteran’s organization seeking affiliation, or a veteran interested in contacting Ryan’s Project, please contact us today.
